Side by Side, Start to Finish

Bob Kopf has spent 20+ years working in residential and investment real estate in Colorado. In 1996 he became licensed as a Realtor and after many years in successful real estate brokerage, expanded into the mortgage side of the business.

Bob’s approach to the lending business is based on a desire to educate and to serve. With every client, he makes sure to listen carefully, to do so with patience, and to understand a borrower’s needs. He takes the time to discuss goals for the loan, motivations, and communication style. First time home buyers usually require all of the above and with Bob it’s full service for those customers who value this approach. His basic business concepts are modeled around a scripture that reads in part, “He did not come to be served, but to serve.” It’s a good way to approach the mortgage business and life in general.

When not at work Bob enjoys time with his wife of many years, loves time with his two grown sons who reside in downtown Denver, and steals away for golf under the guise of “a couple of appointments”.  On Saturday mornings he is often found driving a Zamboni for South Suburban and the Colorado Avalanche practice ice.
